摩擦焊鉆桿及接頭執(zhí)行API / SPEC/5DP和 SY/T5561-2008標準，鉆桿現(xiàn)有DZ50、R780、 G105、S135鋼級，均經(jīng)過局部或整體熱處理， 機械性能滿足標準要求；接頭采用優(yōu)良的合金鋼35CrM。、4137H等調(diào)質(zhì)處理，螺紋由數(shù)控車床、成型刀具加工，表面鍍銅或磷化處理，防粘扣性能良好。也可根據(jù)客戶要求定制生產(chǎn)。

Friction w elding drill pipe and adapter are in accordance with APISPEC 5DP and SY/T5561-2008 Specifications. The steel grades are DZ50x R780、G105、S135 that are after partly or overall heat treatment.The adapter part adopts thermal refining to superior alloy steel 35CrMo or 4137H that is after thread hardening treatment and phosphating to better antiseize. It also can be produced upon customers requirements.
